General contractor selected for the provision of this service must make a commitment to the collection, transportation, processing, disposal of all types of waste, according to the approved waste management plan.
For successful implementation of this strategy, the following is necessary:
- Long-term contract for a period of not less than 5 years;
- Land, 3 hectares, to accommodate the Complex;
- Negotiated rates for recycling MSW and ISW.
The complex contains:
- Sorting lines;
- Press lines;
- High temperature pyrolysis;
- Composting lines.
