Modern environmental conditions dictate the need to implement modern technologies at oil refineries that ensures waste-free process of elimination of oil pollution at low cost of cleaning work facilities, rapid development of industrial production and safe operation.
LLP "Caspian Eco Service" specializes in the operation of the new generation of equipment and systems that implement environmentally efficient resource-saving technology for cleaning surfaces, sludge, soil and other objects from the hydrocarbon (oil) compounds and waste.
At present, our company cooperates with a number of scientists, designers, engineers and specialists in various fields of science and technology.
OBJECTIVES AND GOALS OF THE LLP "CASPIAN ECO SERVICE".
Goals:
- Provide high quality services for the establishment of a centralized management system of municipal solid waste;
- Aspire to reduce emissions at the sites;
- Aspire to provide services in accordance with the concept of "Green Economy".

- Application of modern technologies based on global experience, existing in this field;
- Provide the customer a highly skilled service, covering 100% of the nomenclature of waste generated;
- Return to the turnover of the components (recycled);

THE CLEANING TECHNOLOGY.
As a result of years of research and practice was developed a waste-free technology of cleaning storage of oil and oil products, and other facilities from the hydrocarbon compounds and waste, which is based on an integrated application of new scientific and technical developments. The main process of the technology is a separation of hydrocarbon compounds from the surfaces using technical detergents, that creates a wedging effect and with high demulsification ability. As a detergent may be used aqueous solutions capable to be initially emulsified with the oil product, and then demulsified with the separation of components of the emulsion.
Obtained by this process oil products do not require further purification or processing, what significantly reduces costs and improves efficiency of cleaning technology.
APPLICATION.
Complex application of the process allowed the development of the Program "Cleaning of tanks, soil and other objects from the hydrocarbon (oil) compounds and waste", the implementation of which provides:
- cleaning of the internal surfaces of the stationary storage of crude oil and oil products (petrol stations, terminals, containers bases, boilers, etc.) to remove solid residues;
- cleaning of the internal and external surfaces of railroad tank cars and oil tankers;
- removal from the details and mechanisms preservative grease, oil, fat, etc.
- separation of liquid sludge and utilization of their solid fractions;
- cleaning of ponds and soils contaminated by oil products;
- elimination of local inductrial disasters.
AGVANTAGES.
In comparison with well-known cleaning technologies from oil pollution and waste our experience of implementation of the program shows its following advantages:
- significantly lower power consumption (4-6 times) and water consumption (ten times);
- closed nature of the process;
- the absence of chemical action of the working solution for oil products, soils and materials of construction;
- reusability of the detergents;
- significantly less time of the cleaning process;
- ecological, fire and explosion safety;
- absence of waste requiring placement in treatment facilities or a special landfills;
- complete recovery of oil while maintaining its quality and the possibility of further use for its intended purpose or in turnover;
